Silence as a Lifeline in Venezuela

In Venezuela, search-and-rescue teams have turned silence into a lifesaving tactic. In the port city of La Guaira, crews now pause nearly all activity and ask everyone nearby to be quiet so they can listen for any signs of life beneath the rubble. NPR’s Eyder Peralta reports from the scene.
